Studio Sessions!

This year we have been blessed with a local business that is providing us space! Delaware Seed & Garden Supply 3624 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808. (in the same shopping center as Panera Bread)
Your Session Opportunity with Santa will be provided with much flexibility as we will be available the entire Season!
We have changed the way we will Donate back this Christmas. All families will be able to choose the Charity they want to support by filling out a respective card.
All Pet Sessions choosing between Animal Rescue and Adoption Groups and Children Sessions going to local Food Charities.
Rescue donations are a given and we decided to add food charities due to the lack of donations this past year.
REMEMBER: Good Will to ALL.

Studio Sessions are $50.00 with $10.00 of that going to Charity.
Each Session Includes up to 2 Subjects!
You receive a Medium Resolution Image file per session to keep, print and share.
Additional Subjects are $20 each and include an additional image file!

This is perfect for making your Holiday Cards and you could make 100s and not pay a fortune!
Rescue Donations will be provided in cash and Food Donations will be just that.

Private Outdoor Sessions!
These Sessions will only be Scheduled if Requested and the first request will dictate the Day or Days offered.
These must be scheduled and paid for in advance in order to reserve your space.
The Session investment is non-refundable, in the case of bad weather your investment
will convert to a studio session with image credits.

Outdoor Sessions are $150.00 and include 5 Full Resolution JPG files!
$15.00 from these Sessions go to Charities.
(please note that the picture below can not be a guarantee as we have no control of the Horses)

Per Hour Parties!
Any Holiday Party, meaning in your Home, at the Office or any other location where you may host a Holiday Gathering!
Includes 1 Full Hour with Santa and Katie!
Santa will sit with the Children and give them Gifts if you provide them, tell them a Story or just take lists!
All the while Katie will be capturing the Magical Moments with Santa!
Katie's style is very natural and relaxed, preferring to see the real moment not to create one.
She will however provide the standard "Sit with Santa" Portrait if that is what is desired.
If this is an Office Party, Santa can also assist with your Secret Santa gift giving, just let us know!
All Portraits will be placed in a Gallery for Your event, individuals can then go in and purchase their final Prints.
This is an hourly rate booking paid by the Host.
First Hour $250.00
$50.00 for each additional 1/2 hour

Holiday Events!
A Holiday Event is any Vendor/Sales event, Company Event, Grand Opening, or Fundraisers.
Santa and Katie will provide a set amount of time for Holiday Portraits, each individual visitor will pay a sitting fee to have Portraits created and it will include an Image download of their choice, to keep, print and share!
All images are placed in a Private Event Gallery for selections, individual Portrait purchases can also be made.
Sitting Fees Start at $50.00 up to 3 Children or Pets with additional subjects being $10.00

Home Party!
Ever had a Vendor Party in your home before?
Not like this you haven't!
You invite your Friends and Family over for a
Complete Santa Experience!
By providing us with a bit of information on each child coming we will give them something to remember forever!

How this works:
You invite no less than 6 families or at least 6 Children that are to see Santa other than your own. Each parent fills out a special information sheet so Santa has all the important details!
This sheet and payment is returned to you no less than 1 week before the date of your Party. We will pick them up so we can create a "list" and get appropriate gifts for the children.
Santa and Katie need to arrive prior to your guests! Which also means your Children get time with Santa before anyone else!
Katie will set up a Portable Studio and Santa's spot for Portraits. Once your guests have arrived Santa will "appear", we recommend having a Video Camera for this as it is virtually impossible to capture the excitement with a standard camera!
After Santa says hello and gets all the hugs we will go in to the Studio and start Portraits, Santa will read a name from his list and that child and Parent will come in to sit and talk with him. It is very exciting when Santa remembers what he brought them last year and knows what they want already! Katie is there to capture all of the magic for you!
Santa can use this time to confirm good behavior for you and also remind them of things that can get them on the naughty list, all of this is on their info sheets.
Each Child has their own special time with Santa plus we will do siblings together for a Portrait, once we are done Santa will give them all gifts and say his goodbyes.
Can you imagine any better way to have Holiday Portraits done? We can't!
Sitting Fee is $50.00 per child and includes any 2 Portrait Downloads to keep, print and share!
Please let us know if any one Family has 4 or more children. We recommend no more than 15 children per Party.
The Host pays Nothing for their Children and will get 1 image file of their Children per attending Family!
Invite 6 Families and get 6 Portrait Files of your Children with Personal Copyrights!!!

Personal In-Home Session

A personal in Home Session with Santa is unlike anything you or your children will ever experience!
Each Session is customized to You and Your Family and can include many things like:
Story time, making cookies, gift giving or even just playing a game!
Oh how exciting for your children to have Santa come and visit and how wonderful for you that every amazing moment will be captured for you to enjoy for a lifetime!
Private Sessions are $300.00, can last from 1 to 2 hours, includes no less than 20 Medium Resolution Portrait Downloads with copyrights for you to keep, print and share!

Infant In-Home Session:
Katie and Santa come out to the house so that your new babe is safe and comfortable. Because this is a quick visit you pay only $100 and get up to 5 Portrait Downloads!
If you want Unique, Custom Memories while not exposing your little one to the general public, this is for you!
